  1. Research & Empathize: I start by understanding the problem space through user research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews. This helps me empathize with users and gather insights into their needs and behaviors.

  2. Define: Based on the insights gathered, I clearly define the problem statement or design challenge. This phase involves synthesizing information to pinpoint the core issues we're addressing.

  3. Ideate: I brainstorm a wide range of ideas, often using techniques like sketching, mind mapping, or collaborative workshops. The goal is to explore diverse solutions without constraints.

  4. Prototype: I create low-fidelity prototypes or wireframes to visualize the ideas. These can be sketches or digital prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.

  5. Test: I conduct usability testing with real users to gather feedback on the prototypes. This is crucial to validate assumptions and understand user interactions.
